Morning News

Futures are pointing to a higher open this morning.

European markets are mixed so far today.

Crude oil is on the move current price is $97.30 per barrel.

Wholesale gasoline is $2.52 per gallon.

Natural gas is up to $7.61 per unit.

Gold is up to $846.00 per ounce.

December ISM index will be released at 10:00 this morning.

Construction spending for the month of November will be released at 10:00 this morning.

Minutes from the last Federal Reserve meeting will be out at 2:00 this afternoon.

Monday's action saw the Dow finish just over 100 points lower, the Nasdaq lost 22 points, and the S&P gave back 10 points.

Pakistan reportedly will delay elections until at least Feb 18th.

White House official calling for more steps from Congress and President Bush to help the housing market.
