Morning News

Futures are pointing to a lower open this morning.

European markets are trading lower so far today.

In Tokyo the Nikkei 225 did finish lower.

Crude oil is $92.64 per barrel.

Wholesale gasoline is $2.38 per gallon.

Natural gas is sitting at $7.18 per unit.

Gold has pulled back to $796.00 per ounce.

November consumer price index will be releasaed at 8:30 this morning.

November industrial production will be released at 9:15 this morning.

Yesterday's action saw the Dow come from about 120 points down at one point in the day to close 41 points higher. The Nasdaq ended the day just about 3 points higher.

International Energy Agency has revised 2007 oil demand lower by 60,000 barrels a day.

FDA rejects Merck & Company cholestrol drug Mevacor for over the counter use.

Qwest Communications declares dividend for first time in six years.

Nintendo's gaming console WII has sold nearly 1 million units in the month of November.

JetBlue to sell 19% stake of the company to Luftansa.
