Morning News

Futures are pointing to a slightly weaker open this morning.

European markets are trading higher so far today.

In Tokyo the Nikkei 225 did end higher.

Oil is sitting right at $90.00 per barrel.

Wholesale gasoline is $2.30 per gallon.

Natural gas is $7.32 per unit.

Gold is currently $807.00 per ounce.

All eyes will be on the November jobs report which will be released at 8:30 this morning.

Yesterday's action saw the Dow gain 174 points, the Nasdaq ended up 42 points, and the S&P finished 22 points higher.

Palm Inc. has cut its revenue outllok.

Yum Brands expects earnings growth of at least 10% for 2008.

Macrovision Corp. to buy Gemstar TV Guide for $2.8 billion in cash and stock.

Dwo Jones CEO Richard Zannino will leave the company.

In sports last night the Washington Redskins defeated the Chicago Bears in an emotional win.
