Morning News

Futures are pointing to a lower open this morning.

European markets are pretty flat so far today.

In Tokyo the Nikkei 225 did end lower.

Crude oil is $109.70 per barrel.

Wholesale gasoline is $2.66 per gallon.

Natural gas is sitting at $10.28 per unit.

Gold is sitting just below $1000.00 an ounce.

CPI data set to be released at 8:30 this morning.

University of Michigan will release consumer confidence index this morning.

Yesterday's action saw the Dow come back and close 35 points higher, the Nasdaq finished 19 points higher, and the S&P closed 6 points higher.

Ben Bernanke will be speaking this afternoon.

Chrysler to shut down for two weeks this summer in an effort to save money.

Average price of a regular gallon of gas in Maui just under $4.00 per gallon.

Exxon Mobil upgraded this morning.

Boeing also has been upgraded this morning.
