Morning News

Futures are pointing to a higher open at this point in the morning.

European markets are trading lower today.

In Tokyo the Nikkei 225 did end lower.

Crude oil is back up to $97.00 per barrel.

Wholesale gasoline is sitting at $2.47 per gallon.

Natural gas is up to $8.11 per unit.

Gold has made its way up to $888.00 per ounce.

The Energy Dept. will release weekly oil inventory levels at 10:30 this morning.

Yesterday's action saw the Dow take a 238 point beat down, the Nasdaq lost 58 points, and the S&P lost 26 points.

Hillary Clinton and John McCain take New Hampshire.

Earnings season will get started today with Alcoa Inc. due to report.

Apple Inc. and European regulators have reached a deal which Apple has agreed to charge the same for downloads for everyone in Europe.

DuPont has raised 2008 profit outlook.
