SANTA CLARA, Calif. (AP) -- Affymetrix Inc. and Illumina Inc. said Thursday they have agreed to resolve their patent litigation over competing genetic data products, with San Diego-based Illumina agreeing to pay Affymetrix $90 million, without admitting liability. Illumina is trading up this morning on the news.
