Morning News

Futures are pointing to a higher open this morning.

European markets are trading lower so far today.

In Tokyo the Nikkei 225 did end the day lower.

Crude oil is back above $90.00 per barrel.

Wholesale gasoline is currently $2.30 per gallon.

Natural gas is $7.14 per unit.

Gold is sitting at 813.00 per ounce.

Data on October trade balance will be released this morning.

November inmport prices will also be released this morning.

Energy Dept. will release weekly oil inventories levels this morning.

Yesterday's action saw the Dow drop nearly 300 points, the Nasdaq gave back 66 points, and the S&P fell 38 points.

Federal Reserve move to cut key interest rate by quarter point.

U.S home foreclosures up just under 32% in November over previous month.

Vikram Pandit named CEO at Citigroup.
