Morning News

Futures are pointing to a flat to slightly higher open at this point this morning.

European markets are trading up just a bit today.

In Tokyo the Nikkei 225 did end lower.

Crude oil has fallen below $95.00 per barrel.

Wholesale gasoline is $2.37 per gallon.

Natural gas is $7.51 per unit.

Gold has slipped just below $800.00 per ounce.

October durable goods orders will be releasd at 8:30 this morning.

October existing home sales will be out at 10:00 this morning.

Energy Dept. will release weekly inventory levels at 10:30 this am.

Fed Beige Book will be out at 2pm today

Yesterday's action saw the Dow get back 215 points, the Nasdaq gained 39 points, and the S&P got back 21 points.

According to reports 'Cyber Monday' was a strong day for online sales.

Wells Fargo to set aside $1.4 billion to cover losses due to real estate melt down.

Freddie Mac reportedly will offer $6 billion in stock and slash it's quarterly dividend.

Toyota recalling as many as 215,000 vehicles in Japan.

Pep Boys to close stores,and slash jobs in restructuring effort.
