European markets are trading higher so far today.

In Tokyo the Nikkei 225 did end higher.

Crude oil has pulled back to $78.50 per barrel.

Wholesale gasoline is $1.98 per gallon.

Natural gas is sitting at $6.88 per unit.

Gold is currently $734.00 per ounce.

FOMC will release minutes from last months meeting at 2:00 this afternoon.

Yum Brands out with a good quarter and lifts outlook.

Alcoa Inc. will be out with earnings today.

Gary Forsee CEO of Sprint Nextel is leaving the company.

Google Inc. now trading above $600.00 per share. The stock is up nearly 40% over the past twelve months.

Coca Cola Company downgraded at Deutshe Bank from a buy to a hold.

United Auto Workers and Chrysler working on a contract in an effort to avoid a strike.

In baseball last night the New York Yankees were eliminated from the playoffs by the Cleveland Indians.
