Morning News

Futures are pointing to a lower open this morning.

European markets are trading lower so far today.

In Tokyo the Nikkei 225 did lose ground.

Crude oil sitting just above $78.00 per barrel.

Wholesale gasoline is $1.97 per gallon.

Natural gas now just above $6.00 per unit.

Gold is up to $719.00 per ounce.

The Energy Dept. will release weekly oil inventory levels at 10:30 this morning.

The dollar is flirting with new lows against all major rivals.

OPEC has decided to increase production by 500,000 barrels a day beggining in November.

Japan's prime minister Shinzo Abe to step down.

Texas Instruments has narrowed its view on quarterly revenue and profit.

Berkshire Hathaway countinue to unload its stake in PetroChina.
