European markets are trading slightly lower today.

In Tokyo the Nikkei 225 did end lower.

Crude oil has backed off a bit to $73.32 per barrel.

Wholesale gasoline is $2.05 per gallon.

Natural gas really taking a hit current price is $5.87 per unit.

Gold is $677.00 per ounce.

Existing home sales for the month of June will be released just after the open this morning.

Energy Dept. will release weekly inventory levels at 10:30 this morning.

Fed Beige Book at 2:00 this afternoon.

Amazon.com earnings more than triple on strong sales for the quarter topping expectations.

Nintendo saw a leap in quarterly profit on strong gaming sales.

Toyota to test run new hybrid vehicle here in the U.S. which is believed to cut fuel cost by as much as 40%.

General Electric awarded 3 contracts in the Middle East worth about $1.8 billion.

Hugh Panero to step down at Sirius Satellite Radio in August.
