Futures are pointing to a lower open after yesterday's gains.

Housing start numbers will be released at 8:30 this morning.

Building permit figures for March will be released at 8:30 this morning.

March industrial production will be out before the open.

European markets are pulling back today.

In Tokyo the Nikkei 225 did end the day lower.

Reports are out that Time Warner is looking to reduce cable tv holdings.
