Futures are pointing to a lower open at this point this morning.

December producer price index will be released at 8:30 this morning.

December industrial production will also be released before the open this morning.

Capacity utilization for the month of December set to be released this morning.

Fed Beige Book will be released at 2:00 this afternoon.

European markets are pretty flat so far today.

In Tokyo the Nikkei 225 did end the day higher.

Intel Corp. reports a drop in profit for the quarter, and forcast flat numbers for next year.

Lennar Corp. reporting a loss for the quarter.

J.P Morgan set to release earnings before the open this morning.

Apple Computer will be releasing earnings after the bell tonight.

Cablevision board has rejected latest offer fron the Dolan family.

Dunkin Donuts set to open first store in Taiwan.

Cold snap in California taking its toll on the states winter crop.

Crude oil all the way down to just over $51.00 per barrel.

Wholesale gasoline has pulled all the way back to $1.36 per gallon.

Natural gas is steady at $6.70 per unit.

Gold is currently $624.00 per ounce.
