Futures are up this morning pointing to a slightly higher open.

Consumer price index for the month of November will be released at 8:30 this morning.

European markets are trading up just a bit today.

In Tokyo the Nikkei 225 did end the day with another gain.

Nintendo to recall 3.2 million straps from its Wii game controllers after complaints of straps breaking.

Burger King reportedly has plans to return to Japan in 2007.

The Home Depot board of directors ok's $3 billion accelerated share buyback.

Apple Computer reportedly will delay filing financial statements.

Penn National reportedly will or has made a mostly cash bid for Harrah's.

Crude oil is just below $63.00 per barrel.

Wholesale gasoline all the way back up to $1.68 per gallon.

Natural gas is $7.56 per unit.

Gold is currently $629.00 per ounce.
