Morning News

  • Futures are flat this morning looks like we could see a slightly lower open.
  • Weekly Oil Inventories to be released at 10:30 this morning.
  • February Import Price Index expected to show a decline of .4%
  • U.S Dept of Justice backing off a bit in the Google Inc. case. Previously they had wanted 2 months worth of information from Google. It appears now they are looking for 5,000 random search request and up to 50,000 web addresses. Judge in the case is expected to side with these new conditions.
  • Reports are out that General Motors has recieved a bid for it's GMAC unit.
  • Sony to delay the release of it's Play Station 3 until November.
  • Looks like Sears Holdings earnings have come in better than expectations.
  • Sweden now reporting it's first case of the Bird Flu.
  • Crude Oil down just a bit this morning to $62.66 per barrel.
  • Wholesale Gasoline moved up yesterday and is currently $1.84 per gallon.
  • Natural Gas remains just above $7.00 per unit.
  • Gold currently $552.50 per ounce.
