Futures are pointing to a higher open this morning. The Lundberg Survey shows on average gas prices are up 11 cents over the past two weeks. South Korea's second largest automaker KIA to build $1.2 billion auto factory in West Point Georgia. Capital One to buy North Folk Bancorp. for $14.6 billion. Astrazeneca's drug Crestor has passed a scientific trial. The drug shows it can reverse plaque build up in patients arteries. Knight Ridder announcing McClatchy has won the auction for the company with a bid of $6.5 billion or just over $67.00 per share. U.S. Agriculture Dept. looking into a possible new case of mad cow. Crude Oil is $59.63 per barrel. Wholesale Gasoline is $1.67 per gallon. Natural Gas currently $6.79 per unit. Gold up a bit this morning to $545.70 per ounce. Budd Foxx
