  • Cal Dive International Inc. to buy Remington Oil and Gas Corp. for around $1.4 billion.
  • The Lundberg Survey shows that retail gas prices up another 3 cents on average across the country.
  • Livedoor CEO arrested on financial fraud charges.
  • Albertson's Inc. reaches deal with Supervalu, CVS, and an investment group to sell the company for $17.4 billion.
  • Crude Oil is $68.02 per barrel.
  • Wholesale Gasoline is $1.79 per gallon.
  • Natural Gas currently $8.83 per unit.
  • Gold is up just a bit to $556.90 per ounce.
