Morning News

  • Futures are up pointing to a higher open this morning.
  • October Factory Orders this morning.
  • Also this morning is the Q3 revised Productivity Report.
  • Verizon Communications to cut management pension benefits.
  • UBS lifts target price on Apple Computer to $86.00 a share up from $74.00 per share.
  • General Motors Corp. to sell up to $20 billion in auto loans to Bank of Nova Scotia.
  • Major snowstorm in the Northeast turns out to be just a taste of what is to come. Many forcast called for more snowfall than what was delivered. Cold Temps have settled in.
  • Crude Oil is down just a bit this morning to $59.60 per barrel.
  • Wholesale Gasoline is $1.57 per gallon.
  • Natural Gas has also pulled back from yesterday's highs to a current price of $13.40 per unit.
  • Gold remains strong at $512.80 per ounce.
