Morning News

  • Futures are up slightly this morning we could see a higher open.
  • Microsoft Corp. (MSFT) reaches $30 million settlement with South Korean company who accused Microsoft of unfair trade practices.
  • Delta Airlines which is operating under bancruptcy protection reports a $1.13 billion loss.
  • Diamler Chrysler (DCX) to sell it's remaining 12.4% stake in Mitsubishi Motors.
  • H5N1 the (bird flu) confirmed in a breakout in Kuwait.
  • New Jersey Judge wants next 10 cases against Vioxx to involve people who have taken the drug for at least 18 months.
  • Crude Oil continues to slide a bit currently $57.17 per barrel.
  • Wholesale Gasoline has also pulled back a bit to $1.48 per gallon.
  • Natural Gas is $11.52 per unit.
  • Gold is currently $466.90 per ounce.
