Morning News

  • Futures are weak again this morning looking at a lower open.
  • July Durable Goods report today.
  • July New Home Sales also out today.
  • Oil Inventories to be released at 10:30 am.
  • Google Inc. (GOOG) expected to launch a new instant messaging and voice service.
  • Ex Kmart CEO Charles C Conway and ex-CFO John T McDonald have been accused by the SEC of misleading investors about the companies financials before the company went bankrupt.
  • Transmeta Corp. (TMTA) regains compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price listing requirement.
  • Crude Oil is on the rise over concerns of storm near the Bahamas which is expected to reach Florida over the weekend. Currently oil is $66.20 per barrel
  • Gold has pulled back as of late currently $443.40 per ounce.
