Shares surged higher turning positive in a late day rally marking the 8th straight gain for the market. Natural gas and oil climbed while the U.S. Dollar slipped further against other major currencies. The DJIA gained 37.11, the tech heavy Nasdaq advanced 3.30 and the broad based S&P 500 eased higher by 2.86.
