Ford Motor Company (F | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) announced after the close on Monday that it was issuing 300 million common shares as part of a plan to defray health care costs. The stock, which trades above its 200-day moving average, pulled back by more than 10% intraday on Tuesday.
