7 Stocks you need to know for Monday

Financial stocks rallied by double digits on Friday, with many gapping up on the open and closing well off their highs. Merrill Lynch (MER | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) gained more than 30%, Morgan Stanley (MS | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) gained more than 20%, and JP Morgan (JPM | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) added more than 16%, closing at levels not reached since May.

Auto Zone (AZO | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) reports earnings Monday morning before the market opens. Analysts are expecting EPS of 3.90.

Oracle (ORCL | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) gained more than 7% on Friday after beating analyst earnings estimates by two cents.

Palm Inc. (PALM | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) reported its fifth consecutive quarterly loss, as competition from Research in Motion's (RIMM | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) Blackberry continues to outsell Palm's line of smartphones.
