7 Stocks you need to know for Tuesday

PetSmart (PETM | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) gained more than 10% on Friday after reporting better than expected quarterly earnings.

Lower than expected sales projections at Marvell Technology Group Ltd. (MRVL | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) encouraged traders to sell the stock at week's end. MRVL was down more than 4% on Friday.

Machinists rejected a "best and final" offer by Boeing (BA | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating), calling the company's proposal "very inadequate in all areas."

Losing 4% on Friday, shares of International Paper (IP | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) were downgraded by a Deutsche Bank AG analyst from "buy" to "hold."

Fannie Mae (FNM | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) closed lower for the first time in five days on Friday, losing nearly 14% on the day.

Citing a slowdown in technology spending in Europe, Dell (DELL | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) reported quarterly earnings that fell short of analyst estimates by five cents.

General Motors (GM | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) announced a recall of more than 940,000 vehicles in response to a potential short circuit in the washer fluid system that could cause fires. So far, three fires have been linked to this problem.
