Morning News

Futures are pointing to a higher open at this point in the morning.

European markets are trading higher so far today.

In Tokyo the Nikkei 225 did end just a bit higher.

Friday's action saw the Dow close 42 points higher, the Nasdaq lost 5 points, and the S&P gained 9 points.

Reports are out that Mars and Berkshire Hathaway are close to buying WM Wrigley Jr Company.

Microsoft and Yahoo let three week deadline pass.

Continental Airlines reportedly not seeking merger.

Two trains in China collide killing 66 people and injuring many more.

Chakib Khelil OPEC president saying $200.00 oil is a possibility due to the fall in the dollar.

Crude oil is $119.00 per barrel.

Wholesale gasoline is $3.04 per gallon.

Natural gas is now $11.07 per unit.

Gold is $893.00 per ounce.
