Morning News

Futures are pointing to a slightly higher open this morning.

European markets are trading lower so far today.

In Tokyo the Nikkei 225 ended lower.

Crude oil is sitting just below $69.00 per barrel.

Wholesale gasoline is $2.28 per gallon.

Natural gas remains just below $7.00 per unit.

Gold is currently $652.00 per ounce.

May new home sales numbers will be out at 10:00 this morning.

June consumer confidence will also be released at 10:00 this morning.

Energy Esat to bought for $4.5 billion.

Upper Deck to launch hostile bid for Topps at around $425 million.

Target Corp. saying same store sales for June will come in at low end of expectations.
