Morning News

Futures are up again this morning pointing to a strong open.

European markets are moving higher today. Asian markets did end the day higher as well.

New home sales numbers for November will be released at 10:00 this morning.

Former President of the United States Gerald Ford has passed away at the age of 93. President Bush will be speaking from Crawford Texas at 8:00 this morning.

In Britian government is putting the stop to advertising fast food products to children. A Burger King executive reportedly stating that it could hurt sales in Britian by as much as 15%.

Cenveo Inc. to buy Cadmus Communications Corp. for $24.75 a share.

Reports are out that executives from Ford Motor Company and Toyota Motor Corp. have been meeting.

McClatchy Newspapers Inc. agreed to sell the Star Tribune of Minneapolis for $530 million.

United Health has recieved formal order for investigation into its stocks option practices.

Crude oil took a hit yesterday, and is currently $61.00 per barrel.

Wholesale gasoline has pulled back to $1.57 per gallon.

Natural gas really falling back yesterday. The current price is $6.06 per unit.

Gold is currently $630.00 per ounce.
