Morning News

Futures are above fair value this morning pointing to a higher open.

Weekly jobless claims will be released before the open this morning.

Personal income numbers will also be released before the open today.

Consumer spending for October will be released at 8:30 this morning.

Energy Dept. will release natural gas inventories at 10:30 this morning.

European markets are trading higher today. In Tokyo the Nikkei 225 did end the day higher.

Retailers will be releasing November same store sales figures.

Verizon internet will be having live NFL games on Thursday, and Saturday beginning in December.

Richard Scrushy reportedly has agreed to pay back up to $31 million.

Microsoft will begin shipping its Windows Vista to corporate customers today.

Costco same store sales come in slightly below expectations.

Delta and U.S Airways will be meeting with creditors.

Crude oil is up to $62.62 per barrel.

Wholesale gasoline has also moved up a bit to $1.67 per gallon.

Natural gas is $8.79 per unit.

Weak dollar gold rising. Current price is $644.00 per ounce.
