  • Yesterday after the close Alcoa reported a strong quarter. The company doubled it's first quarter profit, and saw a 16% jump in sales.
  • General Motors to sell it's 7.9% stake in Isuzu Motors.
  • Genentech will be releasing earnings after the bell this afternoon.
  • Bausch & Lomb Inc. haults U.S. shipments of lens solution which may be causing eye infections which can lead to loss of vision.
  • D.R. Horton Inc. reports best ever figures including net sales orders up 10% to 15,771 homes or $4.4 billion.
  • Ebay Inc. to pay around $27 million in stock for Senorit Holding.
  • Adidas signs 11 year deal with the NBA and WNBA to provide uniforms and apparel for the leagues.
  • Crude Oil moving towards $70 bucks currents price is $69.39 per barrel.
  • Wholesale Gasoline continues to go higher as well currently $2.03 per gallon.
  • Natural Gas remains just below $7.00 per unit.
  • Gold remains above $600.00 current price is $602.20
