  • Ex Enron Chief Accountant Richard Causey has struck a plea bargain with prosecutors, and will now testify against Kenneth Lay, and Jeffrey Skilling.
  • DiamlerChrysler has agreed to sell it's off highway unit for $1.9 billion.
  • Late yesterday Celgene reported the Food and Drug Administration has given approval for it's drug Revlimid. The company also announced a new CEO, and a stock split.
  • Crude Oil is currently $58.08 per barrel.
  • Wholesale Gasoline is $1.51 per gallon.
  • Natural Gas reached 4 month lows yesterday and is now $11.00 per unit.
  • Gold is currently $511.50 per ounce.
