  • Futures are on the flat side pointing to a slightly higher open this morning.
  • September Wholesale Trade this morning.
  • Weekly Oil Inventories to be released at 10:30 am.
  • Senators to meet with oil executives today. The senate hearing to focus on rising cost in energy , and the possibility of taxing oil company profits.
  • William A Ackman wants McDonalds Corp. (MCD) to sell company owned restaurants. Ackman holds a 4.9% stake in the company.
  • American International Group Inc. (AIG) restating finances again now to 2002.
  • Democrats win both Governor races in Virginia and New Jersey. In California all four proposals backed by Schwarzenegger failed.
  • Crude Oil is currently $59.75 per barrel.
  • Wholesale Gasoline is $1.56 per gallon.
  • Natural Gas $11.77 per unit.
  • Gold moved up just a bit yesterday currently it is $463.50 per ounce.
