IPO ACLI

The IPO, the first shipping firm this fall to price at the top end of its range, was bid up in anticipation of a boost from Hurricane Katrina rebuilding efforts.
The Gulf of Mexico and Mississippi River water cargo transport supplier saw its shares open at $27.05, well above the $21 IPO offering price. Shares rose to $27.60 in recent action.
