SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- World Air Holdings Inc. after Monday's closing bell reported second-quarter net earnings of $4.2 million, or 16 cents a share, up 63% from $2.6 million, or 12 cents a share, in the year-ago period. Revenue at the Peachtree, Ga.-based passenger and cargo airline holding company rose to $172.6 million from $115.1 million last year. For the third quarter, the company expects revenue in the range of $195 million to $205 million.
