Morning News

  • Futures are pointing to a slightly higher open today.
  • July Producer Price Index to be released at 8:30 am.
  • Oil Inventories also this morning at 10:30 am. Analysts looking for a Crude build of 1.2 million barrels, Gasoline is expected to see a decline of up to 1.4 million barrels, and Distilates a build of 1.8 million barrels.
  • Host America (CAFE) board of directors has formed a special independent committee to investigate the companies problems which all started with a press release back on July 12th.
  • NYSE set to offer Dick Grasso a settlement package of $25 million.
  • Crude oil is currently $66.02 per barrel
  • Gold has pulled back a bit from yesterday currently just under $450.00 per ounce.
