Valueclick: lifted its fiscal 2005 earnings outlook to the range of 38 cents to 40 cents a share on revenue of $222 million to $226 million, compared to an earlier forecast for earnings between 37 cents and 39 cents a share on revenue of $218 million to $223 million. Valueclick said the new guidance was based on its increased optimism about the second half. The online advertising services provider also reaffirmed its forecast for second-quarter earnings of 8 cents a share on sales of $52 million to $53 million, in line with the average forecast of analysts polled by Thomson First Call. The stock is trading up .66 in pre-market this morning.
